A mustard seed is the smallest seed, and it has a rich source of oil and protein. The word says we must have faith like a mustard seed(Matthew 17:20).  Faith is our belief in Jesus Christ.

Most of us say that we have faith, but we don’t always believe that God can do the miracles we pray about. Doubt is a feeling of uncertainty and is the opposite of faith; the two cannot operate out of the same vessel. Doubt brings unbelief, faith is having complete trust or confidence in someone or something(Jesus Christ). With faith, we please God.

When we plant a seed, it grows under pressure and pushes through the ground to become a plant. Nutrients are taken out of the ground to nourish the plant. When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and saviour, the word becomes the seed in the ground. A seed need to be watered regularly, just like the word of God- constant interaction. Facing trials and pressure from around us,  we still develop our relationship with Jesus Christ because of the nourishment we receive from the word.

My questions:

Do you believe that the blood of Jesus Christ still has the same power today? Do you still believe that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life?

The blood of Jesus Christ has never lost its power; we neglect to take up our authority in the blood.

He is the  Way – He is the only direction as Christians.

He is Truth, nothing fake and nothing false about Him.  

The Life – Jesus Christ gave us is life.

The smallest mustard seed, when it is watered it becomes a mighty tree that is unshakeable.  Our faith in Jesus Christ must be unshakeable and move mountains, faith that brings healing. Our faith in Jesus Christ must demonstrate our obedience and our actions to the word of God.

Prayer: Father,  In the name of Jesus Christ, we ask for forgiveness for doubting Your Son and allowing the enemy to steal from us. Father,  you know the condition of our heart; please remove every spirit of doubt that bring blockages and unbelief in our walk with You. When walking by faith, we believe that our destiny and plans for our lives are in obeying Your word. We find our confidence in You Lord, have Your way in us, in Jesus name Amen.
